The Cowgirls took on the Colorado Buffs in a 3rd round WNIT matchup. The Cowgirls kept the game close, but could not close out the win despite a run late in the game. The night was filled with records as the Cowgirls finished with a 24-9 record which puts them in the top five for most wins in a season. Aubrey Vandiver also set a single season scoring record moving her to the top position with 625 points.
We want to say a big thank you to all of the fans who have constantly supported us this season. We look forward to seeing all of you again next year!

The Cowgirls showed their determination last night against Oklahoma State and a home crowd of almost 5,400 . Four Cowgirls ended up with double digit scoring along with four blocks from Hillary Carlson. The Cowgirls gritted out a tough win against a very tough Oklahoma State team. The Cowgirls will take on the Colorado Buffaloes in their next round.
The Cowgirls are moving on to the Sweet Sixteen taking place on Thursday the 24th in the AA. Be sure to get your tickets now because they are selling out fast!

The Cowgirls made a strong showing in their first round WNIT matchup against the Portland State Vikings. Three Cowgirls finished in double figures marking the 23rd season victory. The Cowgirls also had 19 assists, 7 coming from Randi Richardson and a whopping 58 rebounds for the game.
It will be a Cowgirl Cowgirl matchup on Monday as your Wyoming Cowgirls take on the Cowgirls of Oklahoma State in the AA. Tickets are selling out fast so be sure to get yours today!

With outstanding performances both on the court and in the classroom, Aubrey Vandiver has garnered the MWC highest honor… Player of the Year! She is the second Wyoming Cowgirl to earn this honor.
Aubrey has put up massive scoring numbers this year scoring in double figures 28 out of 29 games. She also leads the MWC in rebounding at 8.5 per game. Aubrey has shown she is a dominating force both inside the paint and outside the arc.
